Charged roughly £300+ every few months for communication to other party to resolve a property dispute across a year. I got an unfavourable outcome, didn't feel like I had much advice or they had time to talk, my case felt like it was forgotten about on multiple occasions due to no one keeping on top of emails, parties involved were addressed incorrectly which only irritated me. Glad its over and I don't have to ever come back. Got another company to do my conveyancing for me as the sale couldn't be agreed unless it was a neutral party.

General Legal advice

I'm a current client and I'm really struggling to get an adequate, full or direct response from MSB. I contacted them because I have an issue which is very stressful. I'm continually contacting the office for updates and sending emails to get updates often I'm ignored.,
The situation is horrendous especially when I went to them because of an already stressful situation. I'm considering contacting the law society if matters don't improve. It's just absolutely horrendous.
