The service was very good, they even offered to drop some documents over to me for signature when time was tight. The fee was agreed up front and was competitive. It did not increase even when some problems arose which disrupted the conveyance process. I would use Bertram again and recommend them to others.

We have used Bertram Law on a number of occasions to deal with Commercial leases for a range of Industrial Units. During these transactions we have found them to be efficient and commercial in their dealings with us as Landlords, and the incoming tenants and their solicitors. Deadlines if agreed have been met and costs have have been maintained at the quoted levels. Would highly recommend them.
