Shockingly bad service. Suzette Newman was impossible to reach for days and weeks at a time on different occasions. Highly unprofessional. Verbally quoted me £2000 pounds for processing 2 bank accounts for probate and actually charged me more than £9300. Several mistakes on important paperwork. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.

The client had instructed the firm on two previous occasions and would not have returned had the service been as she suggests.
The probate matter was more complicated than anticipated which did result in additional fees
being generated beyond the initial estimate – no fixed quote was ever given. The comments of the client are far from measured and were made without providing any opportunity to the firm to respond or conciliate with the client.
The client has vastly exaggerated the final fee payable by her which was approximately half the sum referred to by her.
