I used Newman law to sell and buy a new house. All members of the team were available to ask questions, whenever I needed, overall great communication. I was given the name of one solicitor and her assistant who I dealt with. There was no passing back and forth to other people. They knew where we were at, and what needed doing and got it done. The onward purchase was very difficult and without the knowledge and persistence of Newman Law, I am convinced that the purchase would have to be postponed. I cannot have been happier with their service and cost, and would not hesitate to recommend to others.

As always Hannah was fantastic. I've used countless legal firms in the past and I just don't now. I stick to Hannah for anything pertaining to property law. She is capable, responsive, cost-effective and I cannot fault the service she provides. I have recommended her multiple times and she never lets me down.

Very reasonably priced for the amazing service we received. Would highly recommend!! Emails were replied instantaneously, Messages were passed on and everybody was so polite and professional.
Newman Law made moving house how much more stress free experience with a 14 week turnaround of selling and buying a new property.

I recently used the services of Hannah Dowling, at the Whitby branch of Newman Law.
I absolutely cannot recommend her enough. From beginning to end, the level of service that I received from both Hannah and her assistant Nicola was second to none.
Any query that I had- or paperwork there was to be completed, Hannah was always more than happy to do everything within her power to make sure I fully understood.
100% would recommend to anybody and everybody.

It can be such a daunting experience but with their help I always felt well informed and in good hands. We’ve recently used Newman law solicitors.
Hannah Dowling and Nicole peacock.
Buying our first home was one of most stressful processes however when it came to our solicitors they were brilliant, really supportive and really worked hard to get us in our home in a time frame. Kept us updated and informed throughout the whole process, Nicole would always get back to me with information and advice I asked .
If any issue arose Hannah would take it into her hands and solve these and fight our corner, in other words do everything she could so the process went smoothly and Was less stress for me and my partner.
I will highly recommended this solicitors to anyone who seeks one in future.
Many thanks to everyone at Newman law who contributed and helped us get our first home.

Hannah / Nicola as always offer a personal service. For my situation Newman Law continued to assist with great energy dealing with Santander and pushing them forwards to completion. The process should have taken weeks, but due to issues myside and the bank it took 3 months of daily communication. Both Nicola and Hannah were there at each step during this stressful process.

I went with Hannah who dealt with my first time buy. From the start she explained the full process and set expectations so I knew what to expect and kept me updated throughout the whole process.

After hearing of people’s difficulties with other solicitors I was pleasantly surprised by how responsive Hannah was and how well everything was handled.

I would absolutely use Hannah again if needed in the future and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to friends and family

Hannah Dowling has supported me through purchasing my first property. It's not difficult to see why she has fantastic reviews. Hannah has made the process incredibly clear, including supporting me through an allowance for repairs and answering any questions I do have. The true value in Hannah's support is the clarity and ease of communications, there are no barriers to navigating and quick email replies or being available for phone calls, going as far as to pass out her mobile number.

Hannah has set an incredibly high standard of service that I would expect for working with anyone else. I have friends who are also first-time buyers and have told me of all the challenges they have had with their solicitors and I never encountered a single one of them working with Hannah and her assistant, Nicola.

A fantastic professional who I thoroughly recommend, particularly for first-time buyers who need that extra bit of guidance.

Used Hannah for all of our purchasing/selling requirements and the third was the hardest of all. At times it was stressful given the chain was a little complicated, however Hannah was calm, professional and reassuring. We got there and I couldn’t recommend Hannah enough. I would 100% recommend Hannah Dowling at Newman Law to anyone looking to sell or buy a Property. Hannah was pragmatic, solution orientated and found resolution with difficult and complex issues. Hannah could always be contacted and was always swift to respond. Weekends, evenings etc were of no consequence she was always there during a difficult sale and purchase process. Most importantly Hannah makes things happen and was happy to pick up the phone to Estate Agents when necessary to resolve issues. Hannah is competitively priced and phenomenal value for money. Having purchased and sold properties for over 30 years, I will now only use contract Hannah for conveyancing work - I can't recommend highly enough, Hannah made our sale and purchase happen.

Yet again, Hannah maintains her 'outstanding service' status!

After purchasing several properties and using Hannah as my solicitor every time I wouldn't be able to go anywhere else. The property game is not always an easy ride, but Hannah manages to makes sure it is. The level of communication is exemplary, concerns are promptly responded to and you are never treated as an inconvenience.

I can confidently recommend Hannah to anyone looking to buy or sell their house.

We thoroughly recommend Hannah Dowling from Newman Law LLP. Hannah made the whole conveyancing process very straightforward and entirely stress free. She was very responsive, pragmatic and managed to complete within pretty record time even during one of the busiest periods of the Stamp Duty extension. We were kept fully informed, really understood the process and stages and her communications were professional but also warm and friendly. I really can't fault Hannah or Newman Law LLP. The fact that their work was also competitively priced means that we will definitely be a repeat customer when we come to buy or sell in future.

We used this firm when we moved house from Hertfordshire to Scarborough last month. Fantastic communication..no matter how many questions we asked...our solicitor was extremely knowledgable about the whole process. We were able to complete when we wanted to due to children starting new school. Nothing was too much trouble. I would highly reccomend for efficiency and at great price too. i would recommend Hannah wholeheartedly for any conveyancing work that is required.
This was an unusual scenario and despite having to deal with a very awkward and unhelpful solicitor acting for our financier, she kept matters moving and managed to get the transaction over the line. She was also very proactive in keeping us updated on progress (or the lack of it !!) and acted on all queries in a timely and appropriate manner.

I would highly recommend Hannah to all friends/family moving home. She is always contactable and very speedy with her responses to any enquiries we had during our sale and purchase. We purchased a property we didn’t know was going through probate, and Hannah was very reassuring all the way throughout and answered any questions I had. We were recommended Hannah by our mortgage advisor after our estate agents solicitor quoted us over £3000. All in I think we paid around £1400 for Hannah’s services, which was much more reasonable.

I would definitely recommend. After a sale of a property and a few months later a purchase, the two were not comparable. The lady from this firm was so efficient, answering queries quickly and explaining everything clearly. She helped push things along and chased the buyers solicitor to complete the sale. Pricing was competitive but the service really stood out. Fantasist contact and customer service.

started of dodge but got taken over by a conveyancer that was so on the ball, let me know what I had to answer and what I didn't and returned all e-mails within hours. Thank you it was very easy and not stressful at all.

I used Newman law for the conveyance of our sons first home. From the start of the process to the end the conveyancer has been very approachable and efficient. She made the process reasonably stress free. She would always reply to any query I had quickly.
I would highly recommend her . Very professional and efficient.

I have engaged Miss Newman on a number of occasions over the last 20 years and whether it was in setting up a Deed of Trust, Conveyancing (purchase and sale) or handlng my Divorce, I have always been dealt with professionally and each matter has been processed within the envisaged timeframe, if not before. Her fees have always struck me as being very reasonable.

I highly recommend Newman Law LLP and will continue to refer friends and family to this firm and, in particular, to the care of Miss Newman.
