We recently sold two properties and bought one which was quite a daunting task as you can imagine. Sarah and Danielle at Oliver and Co were the epitomy of professionalism and went above and beyond to make the whole process smooth, faultless and painless!
The communication was also outstanding and we always knew what stage we were at and questions were answered promptly and fully.
Our experience with Oliver and Co was a stark contrast to our buyers and vendor who were constantly frustrated, annoyed and disappointed by their solicitors who were frankly inept.
We would highly recommend Oliver and Co for any legal work you require if you want to save yourself months of stress and work with professionals who you can trust implicitly!
We have recommended Oliver and Co to so many other people during our conveyancing and ever since.
Special thanks to Sarah Mellor who supported us, kept us updated constantly and did so with a wonderful sense of humour too.

We have used Oliver & Co on a number of occasions. The solicitor, Elan Rimmer, is exceptionally efficient, thorough and approachable. She answers all queries very quickly and takes a very pragmatic approach to solving any issues. We have absolute confidence in her judgement. Excellent value for money we always recommend her to friends and will use her again should the need arise without any hesitation.
