Bad advice given, only interested in billing hours not looking after clients. Avoid cost me over £20,000 AVOID

We have no record of this matter, and have not charged anyone £20,000 for a redundancy case, or anywhere near that, and we assume that you didn't contact the Legal Ombudsman or the Law Society as we have no record of any complaints.
