The process was long winded, which is to be expected. A lot of unnecessary travelling when there were other options more local, considering my circumstances!
I do believe that they took 25% out of my offer, and once i had paid off all the other 3rd parties, my compensation was reduced a lot! But Pabla & Pabla rounded off my compensation, so i could get a little bit more!!! In life we would all like more and i still think my opposition got off lightly. But when you haven't got any money in the first place, a No Win No Fee is your only option. I am very grateful for everything Ginny did for me, and at the end of the day i got some form of justice. Yes i would recommend Pabla &Pabla as long as you're aware the work that they put in doesn't come cheap.

Thank you for your kind comments, Martin. The other side sent you to central London to see their medical expert, and then messed both of us around by changing the venue of the site visit only the night before. Our medical expert was far better than theirs - as borne out by the outcome of the claim. Their insurers had to pay substantial sums to the DWP, in addition to paying your compensation, but nothing at all was paid to the other side, I'm pleased to say!
