I saw the reviews about a lady called Kavita Bachada and booked an hour appointment for my daughter going through a divorce and child custody case. I couldn't get through but was called straight back and an appointment was made for the following day. Kavita put us both at ease and did not rush. She was thorough and knowledgeable. The best money I've spent in a long time! This lady is professional, says it as it is and really knows her stuff. She was everything her reviews said and more. This is the lady you want supporting you. I would not hesitate to recommend her. Thank you, Kavita.

Kavita was very knowledgeable and exactly knows her work inside out, very smart lady and was very helpful throughout. After my Dad died, I was not sure what to do next. I saw Kavita Bachada, the solicitor for 2 meetings. In each one, she carefully took me through everything, was very plain talking, to the point and advised me. I have since decided to use her to draft my Will as well. The standard of work and their attitude outweighs any other solicitor that I have used in my life. They also make their charges very clear from the start so I was always clear on what I had to pay next if I wanted them to do anything. Overall, outstanding. The receptionists was also respectful and could not do enough for me. Thank you PELS solicitors for being so caring.,

I was very down about not seeing my child. I saw Kavita Bachada who took me through my options and explained it to me so well. I now know what to do and I will be asking her to represent me. From the moment I walked into their offices, I felt welcomed and comforted that I was in safe hands. Brilliant advise, brilliant team, brilliant solicitor. Charges are very reasonable too... there was non of this watching the clock and timing me nonsense but a fair charge for 35 minutes. Well done to this firm for being to transparent and treating me like a human being.

Went and saw Kavita Bachada for a Settlement Agreement. She was sharp and told me what to negotiate. Brilliant advice and hopefully, I won't need her again but if I ever needed a solicitor, she would be my first port of call.

They picked up on Christmas Day when I suffered domestic violence. I called 15 law firms and PELS solicitors picked up. Kavita Bachada was just amazing and guided me through what I needed to do to protect myself and the next steps for the New year. Cannot give them enough respect. I contacted them on Thursday 3pm as is been served with court papers from my ex to take my daughter away from me. The hearing was the next morning. Kavita was brilliant! She saw me at 7pm, represented me and won. Cannot thank her enough- my daughter is back where she belongs with me. Excellent in Court. Professional and passionate.

Kavita dealt with my employment Tribunal claim and was brilliant. Her predictions and advise were spot on. She also gave my ex employer more than the fright that i wanted her to give them. Very pleased and highly recommended with a fantastic outcome. She really does provide an excellent service and was also available in the evenings and on weekends.

Have been putting off making a will for some time, finally made an appointment with PEL.
Arrived early but no problem as they were ready for me.
The whole process took less than one hour start to finish, walked away with a copy of my will.
Very helpful,pleasant and polite,would recommend to anyone.

Following a health scare at the age of 59, I finally realised that making a Will was long overdue. I researched several local solicitors on the internet and eventually I opted to use PEL in Bedworth as they seemed best suited for my own particular needs. I’m so glad I did because the entire process was completed quickly, efficiently and at a very reasonable cost indeed. The legal advice provided by Kavita Bachada was easy-to-understand (i.e. jargon free) and the warm, friendly customer service in general provided by Kavita and her team was quite simply exemplary. I’d like to thank all concerned and I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending PEL Solicitors to anyone who needs legal advice from knowledgeable and highly competent professionals at (what I perceive to be) competitive rates.

From start to finish, I found Kavita to be knowledgeable and with the aim of doing the best for me. I was in a bad situation but she sorted through it piece by piece with a great outcome. Afterwards, she also made my will which is something else I was terrified of doing but again, she made it easy. I've no reservations about recommending her. Brilliant lawyer and attitude.

When i was sacked at work, i saw Kavita. She was brilliant and talked me through the process and represented me herself at Tribunal. I was petrified but she was calm, tactical and won. Compensation was not as high as i wanted but this was down to the Judge so i have no complaints with the work carried out by Kavita. Also found Michelle the receptionist to be so helpful. Now instructed them to do my will too. Great stuff.

I have a small business which has grown. Kavita came in and reviewed my contracts for my staff. I quickly realised they did not comply with the current law. She was fantastic and overhauled my contracts and drafted me a handbook. She also made sure i understood the immigration checks that i have to carry out to avoid the hefty fines. Fantastic job!! Definitely worth it.

Amazing service. I went in to the office on Monday and was given a free consultation by Kavita. I decided to go ahead and asked her to prepare 8 sponsorship applications for me. They were ready Thursday evening!!! All accurate and she never had to be told twice. Wish I had met a diligent solicitor like this before. Called her out of hours and she always made time to speak to me. Recommended her already to my family.

Was having major issues with my ex who wasn't letting me see my kids. Spoke to Kavita who took it all the way to court. She was fighting for me until the end. Now, I got my kids every other weekend, holidays and 2 weekdays after School. Even when my ex told lie after lie, I trusted Kavita to argue the relevant points. Height recommend PEL. Can't thank them enough.

The settlement was way way more than i had ever imagined and i was very pleased with her and her staff. I was treated great at all times. I was also very upset at what had happened to me but Kavit dealt with it sensitively and made me realise that it was not my fault.

Kavita at PEL solicitors made me a will .

It was very professionally done and she made it very straight forward and easy to do.

I wasn't able to get into the office so we had a 20 minute phonecall which was very thorough. Kavita suggested alot of things i should be thinking of in my will ,many i hadn't thought of .
My questions were answered quickly and clearly by email . It has reassured me knowing i now have a will made out thanks to PEL solicitors. Overall a nice experience.

We used PEL Solicitors and specifically Kavita Bachada to sue the ex employer. She kept me up dated, knew what the law was and explained it to me in simple language. Very excellent outcome on the case. We were very impressed by the customer service and attention to detail. She also spoke Urdu which helped us lots to communicate with her. I am now using the firm for another case in another area of law and that seems to be going well as well.
