Since posting my review i was very promptly contacted. PM Law have apologised for the service I received and have acknowledged that I did not receive the quality service that they strive for: I have been offered as a gesture of goodwill £100 and a hamper. I hope that the team that dealt with my case will learn from my less than satisfactory experience.
Pleased with customer service following completion.
Four months of stress and disappointment.
I chose PM law to see through the purchase of my first property. What I saved In money by choosing PM Law cost me in time and stress; time I can never get back and emotions that exhausted me.
I wouldn't recommend PM Law at all, my estate agent warned me off of online cheaper solicitors but at the time I needed every penny I could save.
If I knew the delays and miscommunications that lie ahead of me I would have paid the extra £700 to go with a solicitor local to me
I received a letter through the post from PM law yesterday congratulating me of completion and offering them for will services; this bought back all of the emotions I have harboured towards this company and 'over my dead body' would I chose PM Law for anything again.
So disappointed
Please invest in a good solicitor and do not make the same mistake as me

As we advised, 3-4 months is a usual time scale for a conveyancing transaction, especially when we are not in control of all the 3rd parties within such transaction.
