OVERALL A GOOD PAINFREE SERVICE WITH NO HASSLES . WOULD DEFINITELY USE AGAIN IF I SOLD A PROPERTY. LOST ONE STAR BECUASE I THOUGHT THERE COULD HAVE BEEN A LITTLE MORE TELEPHONE CONTACT AND A FEW CHARGES WERE STEEP.

Don't really know if the delay we experienced was due entirely to our solicitor/buyer solicitor/ or land registry and Christmas in the middle. Eventually completed on February 3rd.( property sold October 28th)
However no real hiccups except for the fact I did do a lot of scanning and emailing. Felt I was a secretary at some point doing their job for them.
But was kept up to date and did receive phone calls. Our solicitor was always polite and apologetic.

Fantastic service. I found submitting everything online easy. Always able to contact my dedicated person, always returned calls when needed. Reasonable price and in par with other chains of solicitors.

Excellent service by Anita Gibbs, she went the extra mile. However the biggest failure for me was communication. You can never get who you want on the phone and sometimes booked phone calls never happen.

Very professional people love the fact that its all online so less paperwork weekly review call to keep up to date. Only snag like all conveyancing it seems to take forever with periods where nothing much seems to happen! Overall though would recommend PPL.

As someone never having purchased a house before it was a worrying time however the friendly and helpful team were able to reassure me and with a little pushing from me in the final stages to get the exchange and completion dates best suited to me, I was able to leave them to it. The internet site was easy to use and communication between myself and the team was good. I would recommend them to others.
