I would caution anyone considering this form. Perhaps my experience was the exception rather than the rule. One of their employees at that time, who may or may not still be affiliated with them, left the firm and took my information with her. All information had to be sent to Pryde again and reentered. To this day I have never received a satisfactory explanation of what happened, nor a suitable apology. I have, however, received phone calls from someone speaking what sounded like Chinese on several occasions. Like I said, this might just be a one off situation, but I would never use this firm again and would never recommend them

It was about an appeal with my ILR.
They charged more than GBP2,500 - three times more than other places.
The service is so unprofessional, to say the least. As a result of their ill-advice, the consequence is very damaging and costly. Communication is awful.
I would not just recommend them but should like to discourage others to use them
