Shocking could have done better myself, and did indeed do most of it myself. Would not recommend. Rip off merchants!

Poor service during house purchase, signed vital information which would have changed our minds regarding the purchase of property. Do not believe the write up on their core values on website, they do not care! Will not use again and would not recommend.
Conveyancing/property

I have used BHP Law to buy a property twice and sell a property once. Their solicitor was very slow to respond to emails which could be very frustrating at times. That being said everything went through smoothly with the first purchase I made so I decided to use them again to sell/buy another property. When I sold this property (a leasehold apartment) the buyers solicitors asked for £500 to be withheld in case there were any unpaid bills. I was happy for this to occur as I knew that all bills were paid and up to date so couldn't forsee any problems. On completion I had a sum of money removed from this amount despite a written account from the management company to say that all bills were fully paid. I questioned this on a number of occasions with the solicitor at BHP via letter, email and phone call. All of which were left unanswered. I don't feel that BHP had my best financial interest at heart, once the completion of the sale/purchase was completed they were uncontactable.
