We wanted them to handle making a trust and wills. Also to witness a signature. They refused to witness the signature. The worst thing was that we made the appointment two weeks before and they knew exactly what we wanted, they waited until we actually arrived at our appointment to tells us they wouldn't do it.

Dreadful. I’ve been trying for 3 weeks now just to retrieve a will, and still getting nowhere. Excuses about the office move meaning no one was available to action anything don’t ring true. I was considering using Copleys for probate, and new wills for my wife and I, but not any more. Truly awful service.

I will never use coppery and Clarke again they have taken nine months to sort my sisters bank account and charge me every month for this service which is unfair my sisters bank Account was straight forward with no complication and I do not understand why it’s taken so long to settle this thank you

I was yesterday to them for certificate my copy of passport ( they had just to write” Original seen by me ,certified to be a true and fair copy of the original” ) , they was very rude staff, unprofessional ,I definitely will not recommend to no one . They just didn’t want to do !!!
The most bad place ever !!!!
