Can’t fault David and Snape. Used Elizabeth Thompson’ for conveyancing a few times now and totally trust her to act in my best interests.

Sharon and Sian are very responsive to queries and always professional. Communication is very important in customer relations and throughout the whole process with Sharon and Sian I always felt as soon as I had a query and response was never far from being received. Will use David & Snape again in future for house purchases.

All the staff are very professional, curtious and friendly. The service is very good and they explain things to you in a way that you can undestand. I have used their services on several occassions and will certainly continue to do so. I would highly recommend them.

Jo was very helpful throughout the procedure with very fast responses which put me at ease.
This was our first time buying a house which was very scary but with Jo we felt so happy and constantly up to date with how the house was going.
We will definitely be recommending David and Snape in future.

From start to finish everybody we dealt with was friendly happy professional and easy to deal with and we can find no fault or had any issues with any of your staff i never expected you to do everything for us all we had to say was yes or no so again a big thank you and no doubt we will deal with you in the future

I found the service extremely professional yet very personable at the same time. All of the team involved were incredibly efficient and always responded almost immediately/promptly every time.

Having now used David & Snape, I would never consider using another legal firm.

Dicovered David and Snape through our Mortage Advisor Leon Pisani - We have been thrilled with the service provided and the contact given through the process... Especially considering they processed TWO houses with us and were very understanding in the lack of success of failed property

Used the Porthcawl conveyancing team when our family relocated to the area a few weeks ago. We received an efficient professional and friendly service from start to finish and they made the whole moving process less stressful than we thought. I just wanted to say thank you so so much for the incredibly impressive service you and your colleagues provided – I’ve never known conveyancing to be carried out so painlessly, and the fact that you kept us so well-informed throughout was so much appreciated.

We will certainly come back next time we move (if ever!) and we’ve already mentioned you to some friends who are looking for solicitors so I do hope that’s helpful too!

The worse service I had in years of buying/selling properties.
I usually use the Bridgend branch, which are ok at best. but this time had the misfortune of using Ryan at their Porthcawl branch.

Not only does he do No work or response to any of your emails - he gets his PA to do all of the running around and answering - but when she is not present you'll get an arsey monosyllabic reply from him himself.

So so slow & generally has no whatsoever for D&S's clients.

Never again.
