Both Julie Ann Robinson and Karen Deeks have been fantastic solicitors. They assisted me with my first property purchase and answered any questions I had and kept me informed of next steps throughout the process.

The communication and attention to detail was second to none and kept me reassured throughout the process.

Sonia has been great throughout the whole process. Our move was not the smoothest due to issues with the lease on the property we were purchasing, but Sonia was attentive and reassuring throughout and got everything sorted. Whenever we needed to call for clarity on things, she was always happy to explain and make sure we understood. She kept us updated throughout with regular emails and even was happy to sit with me on the phone while I transferred my deposit as she understood how daunting things can be and was happy to just be there to make sure I did everything correctly.

Even though a stressful situation (like all moves will be), Sonia made the stress a little easier due to her excellent communication skills and professionalism.

Thank you for getting us there in the end Sonia! :) We are delighted with our new house and looking forward to making lots of memories.

Both Maxine and I had first class service from all the at Davisons Law Edgbaston. We sold two properties and the purchased a new home so thing were very hectic at times. We were kept fully informed and we had no stress which pleased us both.

In particular Teresa gave us first class service, she was approachable and her efficiency is second to none. A pleasure to have her on our side. Our solicitor Mariam guided us so well purchasing a Grade 2 listed building and covered all the pitfalls with the sale. She gave us every confidence we covered everything.

I can not thank you all enough as both Maxine and I are so happy in our new home.

I had previously had a poor experience using Davisons for conveyancing, so I was a bit of a skeptic when choosing to use them again.

However, I was soon out at ease and my doubts were quickly squashed.

Sonia Sahota was excellent. A real professional and credit to Davisons. She dealt with any concerns I had quickly and efficiently. She kept me updated the entire time and was extremely fast to respond to any queries.

10/10 I wouldn’t want anyone else t deal with my conveyancing needs in the future, she made the process fairly stress-free and straightforward.

During the last few months Davisons Law have completed my conveyancing and purchase of my new property.
I have dealt with a lady called Sarah Alcock - all through the process she has explained and kept me up to date with the situation.
Never failing to return my calls.

In need of a conveyancing solicitor, an acquaintance informed me of Davisons Law Offices. After an initial exchange, Ms Sahota emailed and informed me that she would be representing me and helping me complete the purchase.

Throughout the process Ms Sahota did a brilliant job. It was my first time buying a home and even though I was unsure as to what was all involved, Ms Sahota explained what was needed, answered any questions I had, and kept me up to date with any developments.
She was always easily reached via email or telephone and swift to respond to any queries.

Before contracts were exchanged, Ms Sahota noted a couple of issues with regards to the house. She immediately flagged them, copied me in on any email exchanges with the sellers' solicitor, resolved them with the seller, and then confirmed with me that I was happy with the outcome.

As stated, Ms Sahota did a brilliant job and I would highly recommend her.

Thank you Mariam & Teresa for all your hard work on our purchase. Both my husband and I are amazed at how quickly everything went through.. Thank you for all your help with our move. We were anxious the process would take longer and any problems that arose would be more difficult to deal with. I can honestly say there was no need to worry at all. Without a doubt Mariam is the friendliest, most helpful and of course utterly professional at all times of any solicitor we have used in the past, and we have moved quite a few times.
Mariam is a real pleasure to deal with and we would without a doubt highly recommend her and will be instructing her with our next property. .She is absolutely efficient in taking care of all enquiries without the need to bother you unless necessary, yet keeping in constant communication so you are never left in the dark. Mariam Begum provided a first class conveyancing service. Having replaced her inefficient and non-responsive predecessor who had wasted a month of everybody's time, Mariam quickly got matters up to date, working well past her specified hours to help recover a difficult situation.
Mariam displayed a sense of urgency which I find rare in the profession, she was proactive and efficient in resolving issues and was tenacious in ensuring that the sale was completed satisfactorily.
I was delighted with Mariam Begum's service and will definitely use Davisons again.

Amazing service.
Mariam Begum has been brilliant in dealing and sorting all the process out for our purchase. Given that we bought property at an auction with 28 days deadline our anxiety level was very high but Mariam and Teresa completed the process without any problems and were always willing to listen and answer any questions.
5 star without a doubt.

Mariam Begum has been outstanding! The moment I reached out to her at Davisons Law she has always been responsive, honest, truthful, knowledgeable and professional. Purchasing our first property, I was very stressed about how the whole process will go however Mariam made my stress level decrease drastically! Mariam reached out to me with couple of problems but also informed me on what she has done to resolve the problem. Mariam's assistant, Teresa Pegg has been a key player throughout the whole process. Both have been working together (make a fab dream team) making sure our requests have been fulfilled.

As this was the first time I had ever sold a property, I had some concerns. These were quickly dispelled by the excellent service I received. I was kept informed at all times of progress. My queries were answered extremely quickly.
For the most part I was in contact with Julie Davies as the Paralegal to Julie Banks, I cannot speak highly enough of Julie and the amazing service I was given by her throughout the whole process.
I had cause to pop into the office on two or three occasions and was always greeted with a friendly smile and demeanour.
I WILL be recommending the service of Davisons Law to all of my contacts and as I expect to be buying a house in the near future, will return to use your services again.

Yvonne was amazing throughout the whole process of selling a property on behalf of my mother in law. I have always dreaded the solicitor experience for purchasing a property as most of my colleagues who purchased before me used to complain bitterly about their solicitors. Therefore I came into the process with no expectations at all.

However, when I got a call from Dan Preston he was the conveyancer for my property I was looking forward to do all the work like my colleagues used to say. Dan blew my mind away with .

He was constantly on the phone or emailing me with any updates if he couldn't get hold of me. When I have spotted an error, he will swiftly correct and return.
He was very professional at all times and I couldn't have been more happier with the services Dan has provided me.

Elishia and her assistant Harpreet could not have been more helpful to us in our transaction to buy a home recently. We live overseas currently and everything they could do to make this happen on time and efficiently was done. When we had a major issue with our bank who would not release our funds to complete without a fax request (and the bank office was in disarray) Elishia kept in touch with us out of hours, via her own personal phone, to ensure we were kept calm and in the picture. Faxes are not commonly in use overseas these days and that was a major obstacle which she just fixed for us. We were so happy that Orbit Housing who were the builders have a relationship with Davison's because it made a stressful situation a great deal easier for us. I will refer again and again when the opportunity arises.

I was very pleased with the service. We initially were kept up to date with the progress of our applications by Sharan. Sharan was absolutely fantastic in communicating any requests that we were required to address.
There was a change later to Eden who was very patient with us and addressed all our questions and queries. Much thanks to Eden.

On the last day (completion day), Selina was extremely vital in ensuring that we were able to complete on the day albeit with challenges from other sources. Her communication was very vital in what what needed from us and this ensured that we were able to complete as needed.

Dan helped us to purchase our first home. He made the process smooth and simple. Any time I had a question he always responded promptly and nothing was too much trouble. After dealing with numerous solicitors by far QS was the best. Fast efficient courteous nothing too much of a problem .Answered queries within minutes. If they thought I sounded stressed would ring me to reassure me all was ok. Was given access to land and solicitors direct mobile number for out of hours as said excellent service ????

Julie was diligent through the course of our land purchase conveyance. She advises accurately of any legal or conveyance risk and happy to undertake agreed necessary steps in mitigating such. Julie and Karen persistently carried out necessary follow up with the Vendor's solicitor to get the deal across the line.

I have to say that Sanaul Haque at Davison’s Solicitors has gone above and beyond to help me with the sale of my property and the purchase of my new one.
The journey has been full or obstacles and brick walls at tiles but Sanaul has overcome them all for me.
He would always answer my calls and emails even when the news wasn’t what I wanted to hear.
I can’t recommend Quality Solicitors Davison’s enough!

I’ve received a five star service. Buying a home can be stressful but Davison’s have followed me through the process and made it a lot easier. Nataleigh Logan was my actual solicitor, but Bundala dealt with me throughout most of the process. As a first time single buyer who doesn’t know the first thing about property, I was made to feel relaxed about the whole thing. Although the mortgage offer seemed to take forever, everything on the solicitor side of things was exceptionally fast and simple. Absolutely no complaints from me, and I would recommend to others.

I have been very pleased and impressed with the service provided by Davisons.
Yousaf was very quick to issue a full bundle of documents to our buyers solicitors at a very early stage. It was unfortunate that the buyer's solicitors did not share his eagerness or active communication skills ! Our buyers eventually transferred to another solicitor and the house sale took on a far more active approach. Of equal note, I thought the charges were very reasonable - no "adds-on" for any phone calls or email responses I made. All charges clear upfront.
Yousaf has kept me fully informed at all stages; has responded promptly to any enquiries I have made and brought the sale to a successful conclusion. There was some input from Christopher Watson as well, that was equally professional and timely.
All in all, highly recommended. Straightforward, clear and concise in all dealings regarding my late Aunt's house sale. Would have no hesitation in using their services again, if required.

Ketan and his team really were excellent. I know that they are handling a huge portfolio of transactions and they are even busier because of the stamp duty and help to buy extensions. irrespective of this and the challenges that the pandemic has brought about, Ketan and his team were never to busy to update me and never to busy to field my questions and allay my concerns.

Working with Quality Solicitors Davison’s was a great experience from start to finish. Natalie Logan’s Assistant Bundala Sosovele Was very helpful through out the entire process. He was very patient and was able to answer all of our questions. Bundala kept us updated through every stage of our first home purchase experience. I would highly recommend Natalie and Bundala to any of my friends or family and will use them again on our future purchases.
