I feel we had good service from friendly and efficient staff. One doesn’t sell a house very often. The internet has changed the process significantly since my last house sale/ purchase.
Davison’s were one of a few suggested solicitors via the estate agent. Overall I am happy. Short term parking by the Solihull office would have been useful as we had to pop in and drop things off a few times.

I initially felt that I was not being responded to by Davisons and they were not driving the process with developer or keeping me informed of the project. However, once Simran was assigned to my case everything improved dramatically and she was instrumental in closing the deal with the developer within my mortgage offer window.

We were generally pleased with the service provided ( a sale and purchase) - we were able to get prompt responses to enquiries either by phone or email. We felt that better use of the portal to provide an update on progress may have saved time for all concerned.
Receiving documentation by Royal Mail was a problem as this invariably takes longer than anticipated and therefore slows things down. Much of the documentation could have been sent electronically saving time.

I had Charlotte Hatch dealing with my case until the last week before completing didn’t have much contact or communication and the online system was not updated but having said that the process was happening Pam took over for the last week i cannot praise her enough she has called me most days and really kept me informed at every stage and even called me after completing to let me know the money had been transferred to my solicitor dealing with probate and again to say he had acknowledged the transfer this is going above and beyond my expectations she was amazing

Quality Davisons dealt with both my sale and purchase. The sale was quite straight forward, Charlotte was informative and responsive to questions and queries, with mostly same day email responses and voice mail message to let me know if she was in the office or not. My purchase however was protracted and extremely stressful!! Charlotte was always empathetic and very supportive, with the most difficult and frustrating situations. She persevered and was determined to do all she could to push my sale through to the final successful completion. Thank you so much!!

I’m a first time buyer and my solicitor was Brunilda and she made the process feel very simple . There were lots of hurdles in my conveyancing process as I was buying a property which was lease hold , but at the end of the day I always had Brunilda to keep me in the loop and I kept getting all my updates from her right on time and advised me what to be done and when etc.. I would highly recommend Quality solicitors.

I found dealing with Jenna really easy. Jenna wasn't our initial solicitor and for a time we felt we didn't really have a contact at Davisons which during our purchase and sale was quite stressful with such tight deadlines. I would definitely recommend Jenna and once again thank you.

I felt that the process was quite well handled, and all the communication i did have with Claire was helpful and prompt.

I did feel that there was a long time where i heard nothing- before exchange - but i dont know if this is normal, or perhaps i didnt chase enough- and i think there was some sickness as well. But when i called up- my file was picked up by someone else and i felt reassured that it was being dealt with.

The info i got at the very start was very useful (it was a pack about buying and what to expect and how the process wors etc).

I found all of the staff very friendly and helpful. Thank you.

Natalie was both very efficient and friendly. It was a pleasure to be addressed as a person with a first name, rather than just as client by title and surname.

If I have one criticism, it is that the company would do well to invest in a decent interactive tracking system for the 21st century (such as used by Premier Property Lawyers), rather than track-a-matter, which seems rather pointless software and provided less information than was available in emails.

That being said, my overall experience was very satisfactory, and together, we must have broken a conveyancing speed record!

The only issue I had was that the initial address given to send information to,was not to the office where our solicitor was based, once this was acknowledged and had the correct address it was fine.

Service was brilliant and we were incredibly grateful that the purchase completed in line with the end of our tenancy as requested.
The only tiny criticism we might have is the frequency/level of detail of the updates - the track a matter portal didn't really update that much during the process, and we did have to chase for progress updates a couple of times (probably just being first time buyers and being a bit clueless/anxious).
I want to stress that is a tiny criticism though and we are 99.99999% happy with the service we received, so thank you!

Lasting power of attorney.
Tracey gave good advice and was very approachable.
Parts of our form were mislayed which resulted in delays.
When we came to collect the lasting power of attorneys one person wasn't allowed to collect them both, despite only one letter being sent to us. This created quite a waste of time for us as we had moved to a property a fairly long way away

Almost from the start of this process we felt as if we were in safe hands. We were recommended by the site office at the development at which we were making our purchase. We had several phone calls from different people within the company but each one knew the process and more importantly they were sharing information internally. Things eventually came together and we were more than happy with all aspects of the process, time is always a factor at different stages, but we were comfortable pretty much all the way. Once my property conveyancing was handled by Sasha Cox the whole scenario gave me more confidence, she helped immensely with the process, giving me (a widow) so much peace of mind and care along with her kindness toward me.
This was reassuring after the lack of communication from Purple Bricks… they take the money and perform nothing, the best thing they achieved was to give my details to yourselves, restoring my faith in human kind. Harpreet was a breathe of fresh air. Quick thinking, easy to talk to, efficient and responsive, she made the process simple and pain free. She was also very patient with the solicitors acting for my sale, who were woefully poor in comparison. Was very grateful to have Harpreet working for me.
