I would absolutely recommend Al and his team who have helped me with my first home! The process has been smooth from end to end. Preet, Kiran, Al and Annette have been amazing throughout the entire process and have been thorough in their work. They managed my expectations and nerves as a first time buyer! I’m really lucky to have such professional and the best solicitors who delivered their best from start to finish.
I will always be grateful for their work and efficiency. I’m so amazed at how prompt their work and services have been!

Conveyancing service.

Originally recommended to the company 2 years ago. I have dealt directly with Kiran who has managed to a very high standard the purchase of my property.

Despite 2 sales falling through and eventually successful on 21st March 2024, she continued to demonstrate respect and deal with my enquires in a timely manner.

I also found Thomas very courteous and he took time to go over any financial queries I had.

Overall I am very pleased with the collaborative service I received throughout this period.

Nickeisha did the conveyancing for my mother’s house sale. This was difficult for me as Attorney however Nickeisha answered all my questions, she explained what the questions meant posed by the purchasers solicitor in a clear concise manner.
She also kept me updated on the progress up to completion so I want to say thank you and would happily recommend Nickeisha and her team.

Our file was handled by Harpreet and we could not be more pleased. We have bought houses prior to this one and used alternative solicitors but this is by far the best experience we have had. Harpreet always responded promptly to any queries we had and if unavailable by phone they always ensured to get back to us by email very quickly. We had a very tight deadline to be moved in by Christmas and we were worried about the effect this might have, however this did not impact the quality of service we received at all - if anything we are only more impressed that the matter was handled so professionally and in perfect timing for our move.

Kiran was absolutely amazing from day one very responsive and very approachable. Its very rare to see solicitor picking up the phone and talking to clients directly.
I have been buying properties for last 20 years and I have dealt with several solicitors previously but I have never come across such friendly solicitor as Kiran.

I would definitely recommend Kiran and Davisons Law to my friends and family.

Our experience was beyond expectations.
The communication was fantastic, and the process was made as easy as possible by our conveyancer.
Had we not noticed that our conveyancer was a trainee from his email signature, we wouldn't have known - Kyle was absolutely amazing and I would highly recommend him AND Davisons Law.
Kyle's line manager/branch manager needs to know just how amazing he is!!!!!

I found the conveyancing service and communication from Davison's Hannah Stone at the Wolverhampton office absolutely first class, and highlighted even more when I realised how poor my Buyers solicitor was! I have had the very fortunate luck of having Elishia Wright and Harpreet Johal look after our purchase and sale. They have been nothing short of incredible. They have had to put up with me, asking a million and one things of them, my developers legal team being a little frustrating on all fronts and they have had nothing but time and patience with me. I’ve bought and sold a few homes and the legal process has always been extremely painful. The lawyers I have used have been unresponsive, slow and often not on top of any of the details. Chantelle was AMAZING. She responded to queries quickly, I trusted she knew what she was doing and would come back to me if needed. She was transparent and helpful. She made the whole process a lot more pleasant than it has been in the past and I would definitely recommend her to others.

Hannah Stone was working on alongside Mike Anson on the sale and purchase of my property, Hannah had excellent communication, kept me updated regularly and answered any queries I had. The service received was very professional and I had full confidence that everything was in hand at all times, there was a hurdle to the sale of my property where by the original sale fell through however after reselling the property a few days later Hannah/Mike picked everything back up where it was left changed everything that needed updating with little involvement from myself this made a stressful situation a lot less stressful for me for this I'm extremely grateful. As first time buyers we were uncertain about many aspects of our purchase but appointing QS Davisons Wolverhampton was the best decision we made throughout the process. Al and his conveyancing team really went the extra mile to ensure our purchase went as smooth as possible from the initial consultation through to completion. Additionally there were several abnormal challenges along the way including the vendor modifying the public footpath to match their own driveway- the team overcame these problems and kept us advised/informed throughout. Most importantly they were able remove any liability we may face as new owners. During the purchase we were made aware that family members of the team had contracted Covid-19 and become quite ill however they still worked hard for us from home. The results of their hard work meant we were able to purchase our first home amidst the backdrop of a pandemic. Without their professionalism is it likely we would have lost the ability to purchase the house as the expiry of our mortgage offer and the subsequent requirements for higher deposits would have resulting in us withdrawing from the sale. QS Davisons Wolverhampton got us on the property ladder and we're exceptionally grateful for their hard work and professionalism.

The first property we attempted to purchase had issues with un-adopted land and their helpful advice prevented us from making a massive mistake with proceeding with the purchase.

Al Nijjar was a very professional Solicitor the whole way through the house buying process. There was a number of hurdles through the year and he kept me up to date at all times, he was very truthful with what was going on. Also outlined the risks for the issue and found a very small but extremely important issue with the flat which if not sorted would have impacted me massively. I was very “anti solicitors” due to the length of time things took and lack of service until i was recommended to QS. fast and efficient service as always, kept in the loop and matters dealt with and resolved in a timely manner. Overall Davisons solicitors have been fantastic. Communication and customer service between both offices, Edgbaston and Wolverhampton has been amazing. Knowone can believe how quick my mortgage to getting the keys had gone through.

At first, I was a bit reluctant to go with Quality solicitors.
But Jessica Cooksey provided a five star service on an economy budget.
She was always available to talk , got back to us the same day when we had queries, or we where unsure of something.
She helped us all the way to completion.
