As a first time buyer, I felt well look after and I am grateful for the recommendation. Although I never met Jess throughout this whole process, no issues arose which couldn't be dealt with via email or a phone call.

The only negative thing we found was that when things seemed to be dragging their heels, no one approached us to offer an explanation until we contacted your office so it was reactive rather than proactive. The delays, it seems, were wholly down the the purchasers solicitor and the log jam removed after some prodding. Other than that the process was fairly seamless and painfree.

I am pleased to report the buyers solicitors were chased at regular intervals but I can see the fact we had chased was not fed back to you so I can understand your view. No completion no fee was very welcome as our first sale fell through at the last minute. Quick turn-around with second purchaser without the need for repetition of form filling etc.
