I was in a property chain in which they represented a party. They were slow, uncommunicative, obstructive, and withheld key information. After committing an offer seven months ago, their client suddenly pulled out, collapsing the chain. The solicitor at Moore & Tibbits refused to communicate with my solicitor, or answer specific questions as to the integrity of the chain during the process that they drew out. As the chain collapsed, information came to light that should have been disclosed form the outset.

It's interesting that this is the first time anyone at your law firm has attempted to contact me, despite representing the collapsing party in a property chain with me for three months, and numerous requests from my solicitor for clarity, which was not forthcoming. I am more than happy to discuss this in person with anyone at your firm. You have my my contact details.
