Service was somewhat slow and had to find out the progress of my file on a regular basis. Even allowing for the Covid situation 4 months seemed a long time for completion.

My boss has a property in Lightbox, Blue, MediaCityUK.
The purchase was completed on 23rd last month.
In a few months before we have started to mortgage, but mortgage has not to be issued before the time of developer inform us to complete the purchase, so we can only pay first,
Then continue to loan. So now we continue to make mortgage thant's called remortgage.
Now we need a lawyer to help us complete the loan. Please provide your quotation and service.
