fter receiving a referral from myself to carry out the conveyancing for a house purchase on behalf of a close friend, Toby delivered an excellent service above and beyond the expectations of his new client. During what was a stressful and challenging time for my friend Toby consistently delivered a timely, professional and courteous service by keeping her up to date on the proceedings and maintaining the momentum necessary for a swift move. Sarah has asked me to provide a testimonial on her behalf to recommend Toby’s services to anyone requiring an effective, professional, friendly and personal service when buying a house. Sarah enjoyed regular updates by both telephone and text message and never felt the need to chase for information. Thanks to Toby’s hard work and tenacity her house purchase was completed in a speedy six-week window, despite attempts by the vendor to throw several spanners in the proverbial works. Confident in Toby’s abilities and professional approach as a solicitor, Sarah will not hesitate to employ his services again in the future should she require them.

Toby Raimes has acted for me on a number of occasions and his advice and service has always been first rate. Costs have been as agreed and very reasonable expecially when compared with the large solicitor firms. I have no hesitation in recommending Toby. David M
