Very poor service, they were slow to follow up with queries, first time buyer purchasing a unoccupied house took over 6 months. The staff are rude and very unhelpful making you as the client feel like a total inconvenience. Do not use!

Dear Steve,
We fully appreciate your concerns, and having looked into your matter we would advise the file was opened on 23.02.2022 and therefore you will see it has only been five weeks. Unfortunately your protocol documents were incomplete and had to be returned to you, which information is important to progress the transactions. During this period we have been unsuccessful in contacting you to progress matters. We are, and will always act in our clients' best interests, and are dealing with your transaction as efficiently as we can with the information provided. All matters are progressed as quickly as practically possible once documentation from all parties, including any buyer or sellers' Conveyancers are received. We would kindly ask you to contact the office in order that we may discuss matters further with you.

Not recommend. No terms of engagement sent. They have taken over a year to do a six month job. No progress updates throughout. This has made the process very stressful.
