I am writing to say thank you for your efficient and excellent service. Please thank your partner and your secretary, she was always most helpful and treated me very kindly. I found the situation very distressing but you eased the emotional strain with your kind staff and your excellent service, treating me like a human being, not riff-raff! Even if the outcome had been different, I would still think highly of you, because of your kindness. Thankfully, to you, we achieved beyond what I imagined. I shall highly recommend you as a first class, excellent solicitor.
