The Service was excellent, very professional.
They charged between £1500 - £2000
Yes i would definitely recommend them.
When my sister recommends something it doesn’t always seem to work out like she said BUT from the moment I first made contact with Stuart Rosenberg, from ‘Rosenberg and Co’, I knew this was the best recommendation she had ever made.
Stuart was both professional and helpful from the initial contact. He responded to any questions we had with quick efficiency and the information he gave us helped the whole process go really smoothly. For example, paperwork that would be required during the process was produced in advance to allow us to prepare thoroughly and have thinking time before the final processes.
Throughout the whole process Stuart was very amenable, available and very supportive to us as vendors and demonstrated excellent diligence with other parties involved.
The process of buying and selling a property is full of many pitfalls and uncertainties but with Stuart’s professional guidance the whole process was seamless.
We would highly recommend his excellent personable services and will be using him in the future.

I have used Stuart several times for mostly property matters. He is a brilliant lawyer with a great table side manner. He takes time to explain the laws in plain English, I live abroad and is very honest and straightforward. Very importantly too, his charges are very reasonable. Great service.

Stuart provides professional expertise. He’s efficient, approachable, responsive, caring and very honest. His prompt replies and plain explanations (we are foreign) helped us through a 5 month tedious sale.

I have instructed Stuart Rosenberg on 3 separate occasions, once to carry out a lease extension and twice to deal with the sale of flats. In all my dealings with Stuart I have found him to be effcient, patient and extremely thorough. I have been really impressed with the service that he provides. In my experience he always goes the extra mile. I would have no hesitation in instructing him again or in reccommending him to others,

Beverley together with Stuart provided us with an extremely thorough, friendly and caring service. We felt that they were completely on top of proceedings with very prompt replies to our queries and in explaining everything to us in plain terms. They helped us navigate our first property purchase (which happened to be unusually complex) with great skill. We would definitely recommend!!

Stuart Rosenberg has proved to be the best solicitor I have had dealings with - ever! His patience is beyond limits and I am sure we have pushed him way beyond any normal conveyancing he has conducted in a long time. He is extremely thorough in everything, clearly and patiently explaining things throughout the selling of my flat. He is a perfect gentleman and has an excellent sense of humour! I cannot recommend him highly enough!

Following a recommendation from a friend I employed Stuart Rosenberg for the sale of my flat in West Hampstead. The sale was complicated by various buyers pulling out for no very good reason but the annoyance this caused was much reduced by having such a capable and efficient solicitor. Everything was dealt with in a very speedy and efficient manner and I found Stuart and his staff courteous, friendly and helpful througout and given the amount of work which he had to do I thought his fee was very reasonable as well. I have no reservations at all in recommending him to anyone who needs a solicitor in the area.

I was recommended Stuart by a collegue and I am very glad that he was able to assist me in the purchase of my property. He saw me through two purchases which fell through and helped me complete on the third attempt, despite many problems with the agency that owned the property. Stuart has been patient and explained all the terminology to me, making sure that I fully understood the process. I will definatley use him again and recommend him to all my friends.

Stuart Rosenberg carried out the conveyancing on a property we sold last year. He was friendly and efficient giving us precise and clear instructions on the information that was our responsibilty to provide to sell the house. He gave equally close attention to the progress and content of paperwork from the buyer's solicitor. The fee was agreed before the sale took place and details were clearly laid out in the agreement between us. We would be pleased to use his services again and to recommend him to others.

I recently appointed Stuart Rosenberg to oversee the selling of my property in North London. Having never sold a property before, I wasn’t sure of the procedure and what to expect. However, I need not have worried. Stuart assistance was first class helping me out on every step of the way. I most definitely have no hesitation in recommending his services. Stuart was very approachable, polite, and nothing was too much trouble. He was professional throughout and kept me up to date on every aspect of the sale, in a language that was easy to understand. His customer service was outstanding; a first class service all round.

We were recommended Stuart Rosenberg when we were about to buy our first ever property. With his help our purchase went smoothly, he was there for us every step of the way, his professionalism and thoroughness was impressive, even the vendor of the property commented on how impressed he was with Rosenberg &Co! Stuart explained carefully and thoroughly the legal details in a clear and concise way. He examined all the relevant documents leaving nothing to chance. He was always there for us when we needed something explained to us, making the whole process much less stressful. We will continue to use Rosenberg & Co in the future and have recommended that our friends do the same.

On selling a flat in North London, we asked our estate agent to recommend the best solicitor he could think of, and he gave us Stuart Rosenberg's name. We were extremely lucky to have come across Stuart who gave us sterling service, help and advice every step of the way, at a time when selling was tricky. Stuart is very approachable, attentive and has a very careful and considered style. He is very professional but never too busy to meticulously discuss the smallest detail. He will complete a sale on time while others may drag their feet. I feel I have made a friend and would recommend Stuart as someone of the highest calibre both professionally and personally.

My husband and I used Stuart Rosenberg for the sale and purchase of our properties. I would highly recommend him to anyone and do so all the time. He was extremely helpful and down to earth. He put us at ease and helped us work through all the stress and paperwork in a calm and efficient manner. He was always available to us to answer any queries and alay any fears with genuine warmth. He gave us sound advice and with his knowledge and expertise that was invaluable. Unfortuanately for Stuart he is now our Solicitor for life!!!
