Roythornes were appointed as executors for my parents estate which was small and straightforward. Was quoted approx. 4% of the estate value to then be finally charged approx.12%, "3 times" more than quoted with no justification in their work done. Beware of Roythorne's charges as they are not honest in what they say or quote. They were also appointed trustees for a small inheritance for my children to which their so called fees are already eating up the amount left and they are not due to inherit their money for at least another 5 yrs and will be lucky if there will be any money left for them to inherit. Would not even rate Roythornes with 1 star and definitely NOT recommend this company to anyone.

Very disappointed and would not recommend to anyone based on our experience. Roythornes provide a Fee driven service with only sight on the time you utilise to enhance their fee. No compassion, common sense nor dedication to the core values of why their services are required in the first place.

recieved a letter from this company about a £30 debt to a pet insurance company i deal with years ago. They couldn't even get the correct website address and contact telephone number on their letterhead. Not what i would call professional

All of my archive documents were returned extremely damaged, as far as l can tell deliberately with staples and bindings ripped out. This was after foisting a near eviction on me for their false accounting for a bill to the courts for a negligible amount , and at all times their not turning up or entering any form of defence while telling me it was a simple matter of " chipping away at Land Registry unil rectification occurred" ( this was following a judgement by a senior judge regarding a miscarriage of justice being the means to unravel everything), which encompassed the theft of my conveyance document and it's use against me.
