Absolutely fantastic! Being a foster carer, I only had a small window to be able to move into the property I bought. Lisa and Rebecca sorted this out for me. They communicated all the way, and at one point when I was slightly anxious about it all coming together, Lisa was very calming in here approach and made me feel completely at ease. I can't praise then enough!

Highly recommended from first phone call to appointment. After a time of unease regarding a legal lease problem I was put at ease within minutes of our meeting, the understanding of “Law” and professional knowledge was shown within five minutes of perusing a complicated lease I was recommended and advised on the way forward, the recommendation and advice was followed and to date no problems have arisen. A couple of weeks later a follow up phone call was made to check on outcome and a "what if" scenario was also given. Very satisfied with service, friendly, approachable and highly professional would highly recommend for all property transactions and scenarios.

Price was good. Compared to Bristol, much better value for money.

I was recommended to use Sam Hawking & Co by a local Estate Agent because they deal solely with Conveyancing.

Someone always got back to me when they said they would and there is also online tracking of my transaction. There is a very friendly atmosphere in the office. I was very satisfied with the service I received and would use Sam Hawking & Co again in the future.

Sam Hawking is truly exceptional. I asked to move to my new property within seven weeks of selling, wanting to move in before Christmas. He made it possible and with no stress at all. He is easy to talk to, doesnʼt make you feel uneasy or intimidated. I would recommend Sam to anyone who is buying or selling their house. Thank you Sam for making my Christmas
