Shockingly appauling. Would honestly describe the service I received as nothing short of fraudulent. I have subsequently heard from several sources that this is the sort of service to expect. Charged in excess of £12K for work that should have cost no more than £2K at most and the work that was done was incorrect and shoddy. Don't touch them.
