We felt that the overall service was efficient and professional throughout. During the entire conveyancing process (which was difficult for many reasons not related to the work undertaken by Shoosmiths) our case handler Arani looked after us in a very professional, knowledgeable yet personal way. She was always readily accessible and provided answers to the many questions we posed. She was calm and reassuring throughout and we felt comforted during the many difficult and protracted negotiations that arose throughout our lengthy sale/purchase process.
I would happily recommend Shoosmiths in any conveyancing matters, especially if Arani is looking after proceedings!
