They will not quote you upfront for a piece of work. if they do quote you, they will not stick to the quote and you will always pay significantly more than you expected - usually double!
They quoted me £2k and charged £6k for a standard piece of debt collection.
They use partners for everything, never juniors and you have no realistic way to contest their bills. beware!
