I looked to re mortgage through Lloyds & to be honest when I looked at the online reviews I was a little apprehensive, however I had absolutely no issues. I feel for those that have encountered problems but for me personally it couldn't have been a more straightforward & easy process. I made the initial enquiry with Lloyds mid May 2020 & Solex were aligned a week or so later, I received correspondence through the post to set-up my online account & start providing the required data, I did encounter some issues with the on-line questionnaire but simply worked around this by sending the required documents via email. Solex & my case handler (Danielle Capocci) were very responsive, I waited no longer than a couple of days for a response when I sent an email. I was kept up to date & informed of next steps throughout the process with my re mortgage completing on the 23rd of June, so a little over 1 month from first enquiring & completing, whilst in the middle of a global pandemic & all of the issues encountered due to Covid-19. Again not trying to take anything away from those who have had issues but for me it was a first class service & would not hesitate in using them again based on my own experience.
