Absolutely fabulous service from Charlotte, she managed to do a Re-mortgage for us in 3 weeks. No hassle, she was straight on it, no delays. no mucking about she just got the job done. There was not much communication (not even a phone call between us), everything is done via their portal, which is so easy to use. I would also like to mention Ally who was also very helpful during the process. I would highly recommend Solex.

I have just completed on a re-mortgage today through Birmingham Midshires ('BM') - the mortgage deal came with free legals and BM (along with others) use Solex Legal Services to manage the legal side of things.

Having read some of the horror stories on here, I was expecting a disastrous and negative experience - however, for me personally it was absolutely straightforward and the deal completed with ease. I received the Solex paperwork through the post 2-3 days after the mortgage was offered - I then logged in online to complete the relevant paperwork instead of posting this back to them. Naturally, whenever someone is going through a re-mortgage or a house buying process you will always want to call the legal advisors for an update - I did do this throughout the time period but I didn't have to chase. The telephone advisors were polite and gave me updates as requested.

Everything moved extremely quickly and efficiently for me personally - from the date I received the initial paperwork up to the date of completion, the full process took 2-3 weeks.
