I had a complex immigration case and I wanted top immigration lawyers from London. I choose 4 out of top 10 and send a questionnaire to them. Only two replied, one said, he is very busy and may not be able to take the case sooner. The other from Adam Solicitor replied and this was how, i met Sue chana. We discussed the case in length and she guided me and proposed various solutions in my case. Finally she agreed to act for me and prepared two applications and we provide all the required documents etc in due course.
After long processing time, to my shock, both applications were turned down by immigration officer (HO) and I immediately thought that I was given wrong legal advice and wanted to appeal through different law firm but Sue did not agree with me and wanted to prepare appeal for me and she convinced me and raised very valid arguments. At this stage, I also carried exhaustive research and I exchanged loads of emails and whatsApp messages with Sue and prepared my witness statement and helped out my spouse statement as sponsor and I remember, i was so inquisitive and asked so many questions and Sue was always there to answer with patience and thoughtfulness ( though with some delay in her own illness). we finally appealed in good time.
The first hearing was adjourned and I had to pay for the barrister fee twice, which did hurt me, but Sue choose such a quality young enthusiastic competent barrister and we both sat for two long sessions (on first date, case was adjourned) and he helped me to frame answers to the expected prosecution lawyer ( barrister of HO). My witness statement and cross examination proved so successful that I and my barrister had a very high hope of appeal been granted.
The honorable judge gave a three page detailed decision and allowing the appeal both on legal and Humanitarian grounds and the decision was so fine and balanced that HO didn't appeal and finally my both applicants have been granted visa on urgent basis as my wife is heavily pregnant (thanks to Sue again, she acted so swiftly and requested stamping visas to Sheffield HO and gave them reminders in timely manner) and they are coming over this weekend.
I must say, this case was the most complex and delicate in the UK immigration history and the way we fought it with the help of SUE CHANA and her barrister, all the hats off and I must salute her and congratulate her.
She did act very professionally, passionately and she gave her 110%, even in her illness. She was available 24 hours for me and she satisfied me as a client thoroughly and was vigilant and guided in every possible way. She proved as a real fighter in getting the justice for her clients.
I am very very satisfied and confident that she will rise and shine more and will be a big name in the list of immigration lawyers community.

Miss Sue Channa is the type of solicitor every client wants, the sort every lawyer strives to be like as she so explicitly comes across as a living example of embodiment of every positive quality that can be envisioned. She has the utmost respect and admiration for clients, coupled superbly with empathy as well as drive, in addition to being extremely knowledgeable and strategic with her cases. Her inherent skills and hardworking capabilities are surpassed only by the accompanying modesty as well as politeness. Always looking out for my best interests, she earned my respect and trust by proving herself to be an ardent defender of client's rights. Definitely a force to be reckoned with, when it concerns being incredibly passionate about steering clients up the high road, she never let me feel as if the deck was stacked up against me. Huge, monumental problems en route were miniaturised to small bumps in hindsight, courtesy of her honest and counsel and forthrightness. My phonecalls were always taken or responded to refreshingly. To put it very simply, she's the best in my book and am privileged to have her deal with my immigration matter. After having struggled with umpteen solicitors during the last 20 years of my stay in the U.K., this young lady was the chosen one to assist me in attaining my Resident Permit Card, after a considerable scuffle with the Home Office, during which she not only displayed total dedication and perseverance against all odds but went out of her way boost my morale immensely, even if it meant for her to liaise with myself out of office hours, giving a back seat to her personal life. Proactive in providing lightning-quick and reliable answers always seems to come naturally to her. Based upon my experience as a client, it would certainly give me pleasure to recommend her outstanding, selfless services to every contact of mine who needs excellent, genuine representation. Wish I would have been referred to her eons ago. Truly all in all, Adam's Solicitors is blessed to have the detail-oriented, bubbly Miss Sue Channa as an integral part of their team and should accredit her accordingly.

Slow and not a fan. I was unaware of outstanding fee's and they gave me a CCJ (which was then paid) which has ruined me financially ever since. If they had just tried to reach out to me initially I would of paid!
Shocking!

This is incorrect as we have never issued a CCJ or engaged in formal debt collection with this gentleman.
