That, if he holds client money in the course of his practice as a principal of a solicitors' firm, he deliver half yearly accountant's reports to the SRA, such reports and any cease to hold report required, to be delivered within 2 months of the end of the period to which they relate.
In light of the findings of the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal of 7 April 1998, should Mr Gilbert commence practice as a principal of a solicitors' firm and should he hold client money in the course of that practice, it is in the interests of the public for his compliance with the Solicitors' Accounts Rules to be monitored more closely.
