Jessica Appleby was our solicitor when buying our house. She was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. We would use her again and recommend her to friends and family.

Jessica Appleby was friendly, professional and extremely efficient. She keeps up to date with changes in legislation and we are so impressed with her that we have moved our business to her from a firm that has served our family for a very long time. We have no qualms about recommending her very highly.

We used Appleby & Co when buying our house in Sheffield. Even though it was quite a distance between Scarborough and Sheffield, Appleby & Co was excellent at keeping everything running smoothly and communicating with us at every stage. We were surprised at how quickly she did the work, too - a much better experience than we have had with any other solicitor.

The service was professional, prompt and with personal understanding of the problem.

To review the paperwork initially - free. An agreed charge will be paid once completion of the work is done.

I would highly recommend Jessica Appleby as a solicitor with integrity, honesty and knowledge to ensure the best outcome for her clients.

Appleby & Co provided a will service to my late father.

Whilst I wasn't involved with it, I know my parents were very pleased with the initial Will creation service.

Jessica provided FOC advice in relation to the probate for my father, which I don't think would have been the case with a 'high street' solicitor.
