The young lady assigned to us was a champ! She went above and beyond for me and my family. She was always available and gave her honest opinions. There were a lot of ups and downs and many a tears, but she persevered and we got a fantastic result. I can not thank her enough for her for giving my family our lives back.

Always had the time to take a phone call and very prompt with replying to emails regarding questions, queries and general information
All actions were approached at a very high professional level and I felt very much supported throughout my whole experience

What I thought was going to be a reasonably simple process after having my mortgage approved following a divorce turned out to be more complicated than anticipated and was a stressful situation in the stressful situation of lockdown. I found both Efe and Philippa to be very responsive, thorough and caring. The costs were a little more than anticipated and it took a little longer than hoped but that was more down to the lender not the solicitors. Thank you for getting me there and being kind when I struggled.

I was very impressed with Atkins Hope solicitors. The solicitor that represented me at what was my most difficult time was fantastic and for that I will be eternally grateful.
I was not only their client but we were a family they cared about, having them with me in court was a great comfort, I had someone I could talk to, someone who helped me prepare for what was about to happen, they informed me of the process and put my nerves at ease.
Communication was excellent, even on the days when the solicitor was attending another court hearing and I’d called the solicitor always sent a email to say my call would be returned as soon as possible, I never had to call twice.
If your looking for a solicitor that has a wealth of knowledge, is caring and who will be with you every step of the way then I highly recommend Atkins Hope Solicitors.

Services was fab always got back to me if ever she was unavailable, gave her assistant headache often who was also great to work with. Good support and advice from anyone I ever spoke to here and with out Maria orme I probably would have gave up. Thanks to Atkins hope Croydon, myself and family are very greatful.

I used these guys to obtain a non molestation order while in the family courts for a contact order. The solicitor I used seemed like he had no clue what he was supposed to do, rang me last minute to let me know about the case going to court, and when it went to court they acted like they didn’t want to represent me and even screwed up the case by informing the other party when they didn’t need to. Not only that but when we was in the court room they didn’t even bother to fight my corner. When we came out I was told by the solicitor to “look on the bright side” and “see the good side of it”. Now they’ve left me having to deal with the other party making all sorts of allegations against me because of their mistakes. I would not recommend at all!! About as useful as a chocolate teapot!!

We would not recommend Atkins Hope. Inaccurate, vague, unhelpful. Left to check everything ourselves, contracts completed with incorrect selling figures/names inserted. Nothing but a glorified mailbox for forwarding reports. Not professional compared to my previous experience with a conveyancing solicitor.

I have had to deal with an extremely painful matter regarding the estate of my late Mother and unscrupulous and vulture-like siblings. Atkins Hope in the 18 months since my Mother has passed have been very unprofessional particularly in relation to their communications!
At present I have now been waiting for almost weeks for either Juliet Adelman- Director or Tina Chan- solicitor to respond to my queries, yet on each occasion I have telephoned I have been assured that one or the other of them will get back to me.
This is unacceptable and an indication of their poor client service; and I say this as one who works for a law firm and none of our solicitors would ever behave in such an unprofessional manner!

Juliet who is the Director at Atkins Hope Croydon seems very unprofessional. She uses phrases such as 'I see no reason why...' or your client has.......' . She has no ideal about the person yet she acts like she knows them.
Why doesn't she state that she has been informed that.. etc rather than use information from the person she is representing that may not necessarily be correct.
No Hope.
