This company is truly disgusting and useless, dont use them under any circumstances. I am just about to lose the house I am buying because of them. We have been trying to buy the house for 3 months, they dont answer the phone, they dont reply to emails and phone messages. They sent off for information from the bank which didn't turn up and they just said, 'oh the bank didn't reply'. Well chase them up !!! They are completely and utterly unprofessional and you should avoid using them at all costs.
