if your looking to have your problem solved fast. then stay away Tim Feilding took our case
on in 1999 and in 2007 it still wasn't resolved..
further more had a valuation on our block of flats in 1999 the value was £65000 how ever
the property was blighted by a neighbours cellar conversion and they appointed duxberys to
do a further valuation in 2000 there valuation £35000 but £50000 if the property was not damaged.
after another valuation in 2004 with broomheads and there valuation £75000 and £150000 if the property
wasn't damaged...in the eight and a half years it was the worst time of my life.
they dragged the case on and on ramping up there fees year after year after year and didn't acknowledge for one instant this was causing incredible anxiety and depression and they didn't even try to achieve any compensation for all the time it had taken..
I received a terrible service with them..
I wouldn't recommend these lawyers to anyone not even my enemies ...

Unprofessional
Working with John Ferguson; he has failed to provide a proper standard of service and behave in a way that maintained my trust. he did not keep me properly and promptly informed about my matter and delayed communication with me and the other side's solicitor.
Had to find another solicitor. Already filed formal complaint about service received.

terrible they dragged my case on for 3102 days and made no attempt at all to get me compensation
for the time and damage to my health as a result..it ruined my life...it seems if 9 out of ten clients are happy
with there service...but they sacrifice that one client for profit and favours.
don't take the chance of being that one person in ten...
you will regret it...

I required a Solicitor to act as witness to a Deed. My existing solicitor was no longer in this business area.
Barker Booth & Eastwood performed this task for me in faultless professional manner, even though it was a very minor task in their business terms.
I will be taking my future business to them and would advise others to contact them first when looking for a local solicitor.

I approached Barker, Booth and Eastwood with a compensation claim and was dealt with in a courteous manner.
They worked hard on my case and kept me informed every step of the way.
They were reliable with letters and phone calls to me and calmed my nerves for my day in court.
I must have had the worlds best barrister on the day and, after the case was over-and i won- i recieved a personal call from them congratulating me.
Excellent service and i would happliy use them again
