Waiting 5 weeks leaving 5 urgent call back requests to which a receptionist advised I would definitely be called back and sending an email stressing the urgency to be ignored. Appreciate we are in the middle of a pandemic but the unprofessionalism of this firm is uncalled for. Would not recommend. If someone seeks legal advice for domestic abuse the human thing to do would be to at least acknowledge it.
