This organisation was engaged to write our father’s will. During the initial meeting detailed handwritten notes were taken by the solicitor regarding my father’s wishes however they were not accurately written into the will.

When this was pointed out to PCB lawyers, they closed ranks and did not give us the time of day and certainly didn’t answer our questions.
From start to finish their conduct throughout was nothing short of appalling. The communication was a disgrace and many discrepancies throughout which unfortunately meant we were out of pocket to the tune of £43,000.

The solicitor (who had written the will) seemed very unsure of the wording in the will and asked us to clarify it! This was very alarming for us during an incredible stressful time.

Sometimes in life you learn hard lessons, and this was one bad one. My father would never have left myself and my sister short. He was an honest kind and lovely man, and we now know he was misinformed, and the wool was pulled over his eyes. Even the other party in all of this knew what was agreed but they opted to do the wrong thing!

I would definitely not recommend this organisation to ensure nobody experiences the stress and heartbreak that they have caused us

I had the misfortune to hire this firm. They wasted time and and a lot of money. They did not prepare for the case and let me down on the eve of the trail.
Disgracefull. DO NOT USE.
