Possibly the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I found them rude, unhelpful, unorganised and lazy. They lied, ignored all requests and correspondence. Not sure how they are even a business. I recommend anyone to avoid this company, unless you want a litany of mistakes and terrible communication.

Surprised that despite making an enquiry, they requested no documentation whatsoever - a very different and seemingly lazy attitude compared to other solicitors Therefore would not recommend. You need someone who will work for you and with you.
