They simply just ignore you, i spent thousand pounds and half a year (28 weeks) and failed complete a flat purchase due to mortgage expired. One reply after 2-3 weeks chasing, no one pick up phone, extremely unprofessional, do not use them even if they are relative cheap, the cost is way more than money you could save for other proper solicitor. They could not complete a simply flat case and they do not make effort to complete it.

Thomas and his team worked incredibly had to push this sale though, solving many issues along the way, one of the property title deeds was in the old sellers name, it did not have a share hold certificate and the tenants did not leave the property until count action was taken. He kept everyone up to date and happy while the issues were resolved. Thanks to Thomas and Alexandra for all their hard work.
