I found the service of Pam Ashley extremely poor, Most of the time she was never there, emails took days to answer and some were not answered. I could rarely get her on the phone, I was asked several questions three or four times. I was sent emails from the other parties solicitor to deal with, which she should have been dealing with on my behalf, most of the work on my conveyancing was done by her assistant and having failed to act on my instructions a delay of several days was caused and ultimately was dealt with by an estate agent on my behalf when it should have been her who dealt with it, and if it had been left to her it would have cost me £300 for an Insurance policy I didn't need.
When I complained to her about any of the above she would laugh or just ignore it if it was in an email, her attitude was not one of someone who understands that when you are paying them, they are working for you. Beware.
