DO NOT USE!! Painfully slow, un-thorough causing so much stress and the purchase to nearly fall through. I had issues after the purchase to which they consistently promised they’d get it sorted. 5 months on they sorted nothing and I ended up paying a bill of £3000. They didn’t even reply to my final message asking what they’d been doing for the last 5 months. Gutted I wasted money on people that lied the entire way through.

We have recently used BTMK when we purchased our new home, they completed the conveyances on both our buy and sale, there were lots of issues with our purchase and both Yolanda and Danielle were extremely helpful and always phoned us back when we had any issues or concerns, I cannot recommend them enough, We hope that we do not move again for a number of years,but would only use BTMK if we do,

I have used BTMK to both sell a property in the past and to recently buy a property. Sometimes good service goes unnoticed or taken for granted but my personal circumstances, extremely stressful due to a messy break up, meant I needed a quick and efficient service. Kevin, Yolanda and Danielle were superb and meant the process saved me a lot of stress and sleepless nights. Yes I could have gone cheaper by choosing an online solicitor but its worth paying a little more these days for a better service. Can't thank them enough in what was a really stressful time. Have no hesitation in recommending them.

I would like to take this time to thank BTMK for their hard work and speedy process. If it wasn't for Jane Webb and Chloe Huxtable I don't think I would've understood anything about buying my first home. I cannot fault their work at all. They are both extremely efficient, friendly, polite and experienced. They explained everything to me and made sure I understood every step of the process. Shockingly bad solicitors firm.
Delayed my sale /purchase every step pf the wsy DO NOT USE IF YOU CAN POSSIBLY HELP IT !
Delayed my competition by a week due to negligence and not calling for funds.
This is still on going.
Danielle and Kevin need to seriously look at changing career.
This was probably the most simple sale in the world, mother selling to son.. its taken months !
Rude un professional and slow.
Not to mention payment PRIOR to completion.
Ive never heard of anything so ridiculous!
Ive been buying and selling houses all for 20 years these are the worst I've EVER known. Roll on 7th nov so i can end this nightmare!! 0 stars

legal aid. absolutely shocking, slow, rude and unprofessional, dont reply to emails, calls or visits. they lie and then hide behind a slow complaints proceedure you will never get anywhere with!!:(
