Absolutely shocking, do not use them at all!!! For a 30 minute consultation they charge you £60, which isn't with a solicitor, I've been chasing for more than 5 times for the written response that was promised to me following the meeting, however now I've been told that this is a further £25!! I asked to speak to a manager of the very rude and unprofessional secretary, however I'm still waiting for someone to return my call, all they are interested in is getting your money, quality of service is terrible. DO NOT USE THEM, DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY LIKE I DID!!View less

Great firm that handle all our Courtesy Hire cases with the upmost proficiency. Always kept in the loop during the whole duration of the case, with constant updates view email, text, phone and mail. Clients also have nothing but good things to say as well!
