Very poor service. Spoken to like I should not be ringing asking for updates. Email communication not acted upon for several days until I did ring to enquire for an update. Very slow and inefficient service. Would not recommend.

The service was excellent. I am a first time buyer and the whole process was explained to me by Dominique. I was kept thoroughly updated by Dominique or her secretary Cath and the whole process went smoothly and a lot quicker than I had anticipated. Would 100% recommend

I was very impressed with your firm at the outset when I first called in November 2009 after my uncles death. All staff from the receptionist and secretary through to the Partners were professional, friendly and helpful and provided the best response out of the 3 Bury firms I called.

Throughout the whole process, Clough and Willis kept me well informed and my stress levels to non-existent. I felt completely looked after with the team taking care of my best interests, I felt they had complete control and it was very reassuring.
