Made a note of interest on a property and sorted out a potential mortgage. Was told at point of noteing interest that i would be informed of any development to other potential buyers. When i made an offer for the house i was told that an offer had already been placed and accepted. Not really happy that they blatantly lied about keeping me informed or that i couldnt raise on the other buyers offer...

Communication was usually instigated by us. Fees were reasonable. Wouldn't recommend them.
