Cannot thank Byron and the team enough for helping to complete on my first property just in time for christmas.
From start to finish it was the most stress free process and was thoroughly informed throughout and any queries were dealt with promptly.

Divorce

Used for a divorce. 3 years and several thousand pounds later I’m still married and my wife’s child with her latest bf is one year old. I’ll let you draw your own conclusion to the service I received. Personally I think there’s room for improvement.

I decided to use Cross Solicitors to have a Compromise Redundancy Agreement signed and witnessed and i wish i hadn't. I went in on the friday to get it signed and told them it had to be there by the deadline which was the next friday. They said they would post it securely. I phoned them on the wednesday to confirm it had been posted and they were adament it had. Friday comes and i receive a phone call from my head office telling me it hasn't been received, so another call to Cross and they said they have already faxed it to my head office. Funny that as i never gave them the head office fax number or telephone number! Then they say they are posting it that night after the deadline...bit late! So overall i would say they are devious, incompetant, unproffesional and pure liars! Do not use them as there are plenty of proffesional reputable solicitors out there!
