Will never recommend to anyone - please be aware. The Solicitor in charge is very bad with his response and delayed the conveyancing matter significantly - never delivered in time when promised.

Handled the conveyancing very well and speedy, but completely messed up the Land Registry application. 6 months and still waiting for it to be solved. I even received notification of charge stamp duty land tax interest because it was not paid, although we had paid the stamp duty tax to the solicitors months earlier. Never followed up our concerns that it was taking a long time for the new land registry documents to arrive. We have had to contact HM Land registry to find it has been cancelled because David Howes had not replied to "points raised". This is still unresolved.
