various driving offences looking at a custodial sentence Declan McSorley assured myself he would do all things possible to avoid myself going into custody being on low benefit he bought myself tea and took myself to get a presentence report / the out come was very lenient for myself and would recommend this firm they accepted my legal aid [may go across to kiss the blarney stone]

I was in court today having used the services of this practice in relation to a police assault charge paid for by legal aid. In particular i would like to commend Mr McSorley for the sensitivity and care with which he handled my case which although a small and everyday matter in relative terms, he gave very careful consideration to, and knowledge of, my particular set of cicumstances and showed real insight into my problems. Mr Mc Sorley's sincerity and integrity shone through clearly to me as did his obvious skill. I was definitely not made to feel like just another legal aid case and the final judgement was the best possible outcome for me.
