Absolute shambles. Can’t keep staff. Took over three years to sort a relative’s will out. Avoid them like the plague.

We cant recognise the transaction or client from this anonymous review. Wills are normally completed within 2 weeks. You do not say whether you raised any concerns with the firm or your lawyer and if so, how it was resolved. We have a robust complaints handling process which can be found on our website and always strive to achieve the highest standards of service for clients. Our current Head of Private Client department has been with us for a year and a half and regularly receives good comments from satisfied clients.
